Steady leads during the busiest months
This campaign ran during the client’s peak season, when competition and search demand are at their highest. From May through September, we focused on capturing high-intent searches and turning them into phone call leads without overspending or chasing volume for its own sake.
The result was 97 total conversions across the season, driven primarily by call-based leads. Rather than relying on short-term spikes, the campaign was built around disciplined optimization, careful budget control, and ongoing refinement to maintain consistent lead flow throughout the most competitive months.

Efficient leads from simple Meta ads
This was a short, focused Meta Ads campaign for a dental practice leading into the end of the year. The goal was straightforward: generate qualified patient inquiries during a limited window without overcomplicating the setup.
Over 40 days, clear ad messaging paired with a friction-free lead form generated 66 qualified leads at approximately $8 per lead. The campaign relied on clean local targeting, simple creative, and efficient delivery rather than complex funnels or heavy production.
Search Engine Optimization Success
Search visibility grew through structure and strategy
We rebuilt the site’s URL structure and cleaned up hundreds of outdated pages that were holding performance back. More than 400 low-value or unused URLs were removed or redirected, and key pages that had been returning 404 errors, including pages with existing backlinks, were rebuilt to restore lost authority.
With a clearer structure and stronger on-page SEO across the site, relevance improved significantly. Click-through rate increased from ~1% to ~4%, average ranking position improved by more than 2x, and new SEO and advertising landing pages allowed the site to rank for high-value keywords the previous site never captured. The improved structure and clarity also helped the site surface more consistently in AI-driven search results.
A full redesign that doubled search footprint
Following a full website redesign, we rebuilt the site’s structure and expanded its search presence through targeted local service pages, rewritten legacy blog content, and a clear internal linking strategy. The result was a ~4x increase in keyword footprint and a much stronger foundation for long-term growth.
Within six months, the site began ranking in the top 10 and top 3 positions for 15+ high-value, high-intent keywords that it previously wasn’t ranking for at all. Those rankings alone now drive hundreds of qualified visitors per month, with visibility continuing to grow across many additional keywords. Average ranking position improved by more than 2x, supported by relevant content and internal links that help both search engines and AI-driven results better understand and surface the site.

Both projects included ongoing content creation and optimization. We monitor rankings, test new keywords, and refine strategy based on what the data shows. SEO is a practice, not a project.
