6. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not typically provided once work has begun. Cancellation terms are outlined in individual service agreements. If you wish to cancel ongoing services, please provide written notice at least 14 days in advance.

7. Confidentiality

We agree to keep your private business information confidential and expect the same in return. This includes any proprietary strategies, login credentials, or financial information exchanged during our work together.

8. Third-Party Services

We may recommend or use third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics tools). You acknowledge these platforms operate under their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their actions or service interruptions.

9. Disclaimers

While we aim to improve your marketing results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as rankings, leads, or sales. All marketing efforts involve variables outside our control, including market trends and platform algorithms.
